Jim Beam is Joining the Ready-To-Dink Market

So as the world of White Claw and Hard Seltzers has become the norm, Jim Beam has decided to throw their hat into this crowded space with their Ready-To-Drink mixers.

“Our new ready-to-drink Highballs are the perfect way to enjoy Jim Beam in a new, refreshing way – whether you’re a bourbon fan or you’re trying bourbon for the first time,” said Managing Director for the James B. Beam Distilling Co. “We know that so many drinkers get tired of beer and crave something refreshing, lighter and more balanced.”

How do they fair? They chose some classics on this, so they’re very accessible and easy to promote. These should do well if they’re properly accessible and available.

Flavors they’re making are:

JIM BEAM CLASSIC HIGHBALL (more info)

The highball cocktail has been around for a long time. But never like this. Made with Jim Beam bourbon, premium seltzer and a hint of citrus, this ready-to-enjoy cocktail is bubbly and bright with lemon and orange flavors. Enjoy it straight from the fridge or out of the cooler wherever you are.

JIM BEAM AND GINGER HIGHBALL (more info)

Crisp ginger ale comes together with smooth Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey for a ready-to-enjoy refreshment. A touch of sweetness and subtle hints of vanilla and oak make this can cocktail one you’ll want to share with friends and family. Anytime and anywhere.

What’s your take on these?
Try these, pass, buy them for the wife? What’s your take on this?
