BATIDA ROSA
BATIDA ROSA – your drink weapon to duel this week! This simple but delicious creation is packed with fruit flavor. We recommend making this for this weekend, specially if it’s cold!
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz – Cachaça – Cachaça is a fermented spirit made from sugarcane. It’s primarily from Brazil. Outside Brazil, cachaça is used almost exclusively as an ingredient in tropical drinks
3/4 oz Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
1/4 oz Simple Syrup 2:1

Club Soda – Any kind works, but we prefer to use San Pelegrino instead of traditional Club Soda.
GARNISH
Dehydrated Orange Garnish or Orange Garnish or Orange peel
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add all ingredients minus the soda water into a shaking tin.
2. Strain into a wine glass over ice
3. Top with Soda Water
4. Add Garnish for final presentation.
